Data & Privacy

The information collected from you at the time you place an order (on you or those you gift to) will be stored in our database and is used purely to carry out your instructions. There are no circumstances under which this information might be passed to a third party. Credit card and payment information is never stored by Te Whanake.

Pricing & GST

Prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and exclude freight costs unless stated on your final order summary. All prices exclude GST for those purchasing within New Zealand. Where you as a customer are domiciled other than in New Zealand, the prices do not include VAT or sales tax applying in the country where you are domiciled. Customers are responsible for payment of any sales tax applying in the country in which they are domiciles, in addition to the purchase price.

Delivery

All reasonable efforts will be made to dispatch in-stock items within three working days from receipt of order. For out of stock items, customers will be informed of any delays. The cost of freight & handling is included in the product price or as stated on the final order summary. Customers are responsible for any Customs clearance for deliveries other than in New Zealand.

Refunds & Returns

In the event of dissatisfaction with the product supplied, the goods need to be returned and a full refund will be sent. When an order is lost during shipment, replacements will be sent. If initial payment was by credit card, then the refund will be made back to your credit card company. If however payment was by cheque, then the refund will be posted to you by cheque promptly. Our major concern is to maintain our happy relationship with you our customer.

Law & Jurisdiction

Any contract for your purchase from Te Whanake is governed by and has to be interpreted under the Law of New Zealand, and you agree that such contract will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
